Coldest Night of the Year!
Saturday Feb. 25th
On February 25th, 2012, Regeneration Outreach Community is hosting the Coldest Night of the Year, a 5 & 10km walk in support of Regen's work with the hungry, homeless and hurting in Brampton. February is a challenging month for the people we serve, and it's also one of the quietest months for financial support. So, we are looking for some toque-wearing, cold-loving friends to join us on February 25th! Click here to join or sponsor our team from Immanuel!

CRWRC West Africa Drought Response
Five to nine million people at risk
In the coming months, five to nine million people risk going hungry in the Sahel, a semi-arid region just below the Sahara in West Africa. A season of erratic rainfall, drought and insect infestations has led to poor harvests in the area. Through the Canadian Foodgrains Bank, CRWRC will receive a 4-to-1 CIDA match towards the food aid portion of the response. To donate, please visit www.crwrc.org/donate.

God's Love in our Community
Our opportunity to help
A large white Food box is located in the church lobby. This is ICRC's opportunity to help the Knight's Table in providing food to the citizens of Peel Region on an ongoing basis -- extending God's love to those who deal with the daily issues of hunger, poverty and homelessness. Being part of this outreach is very simple... when doing your groceries each week, plan to pick up one or two extra items that can be placed in the Food Box. Ongoing needs are canned and boxed staple foods. To help with bagging of food or delivery to the Knight's Table, please contact the deacons@immanuelcrc.ca.
